This is based on my personal experiences with this company.
If their managers say’ U r stupid’, they will also say’yes, i’m stupid’. That kind. They don’t care about the employees, they crush them like sugarcane.
The work is mechanical, copy paste, kind of work, which neither offers you any learning, nor experience or job satisfaction. Once u spend one or two years here, no other company will hire you, that’s the attribute and impression you get from working here.
Salary: they tell u an amount greater than what others pay for a similar qualification but you will get in hand only 60%, the rest goes into variable portion, and is not given to you for about one year, from the date of joining. After that, if u r shameless enough to lick your boss’s a, they will pay u a portion of the variable.
The working hours are long and weird. they will often make you to come on Saturdays and Sundays, if the workload increases. They will not increase the number of people working, but will force you to work more.
Any sensible person will hate the kind of work here. All excel work, copy paste-format-filter, that’s all. Most of them don’t know what they are doing.
It’s a highly mechanized bpo though they project themselves to be ford motor company, it is not so. they are into hard core bpo business. Don’t get carried away by the words like finance and accounts, investment management, derivatives, global finance, financial analystics. Everything is copy paste and format filling work only.
Those who want a job and not a meaningful job or career or job satisfaction can opt for this company. this is purely for the guidance of other people.
